The Enneagram is a spectrum, not a prison. The problem begins when a person mistakes one colour for the entire light. The Non-Dual Enneagram asks — Can I experience the entire pattern without mistaking the pattern for who I am? The personality does not have to disappear. Identification with it becomes optional. One field of awareness expressing itself through nine differentiated functions. Personality types are nine characteristic ways in which consciousness can become conditioned, narrowed and identified. We eventually awaken and live the paradox - letting the path, the whole process dissolve but functioning naturally illuminates and improves.
